Ingredients
- Reconstituted Baccala, cut into strips
- 1 Tbsp white vinegar
- Flour
- Emeril's essence
- Club soda
- Salt and Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Lightly salt and pepper strips. Mix flour, Emeril's essence and club soda to make thin batter and deep fry fritters at 375 in wesson vegetable oil.
