Taco Seasoning Mix

Many Mexican and Tex-Mex recipes call for Taco Seasoning mix. But commercial varieties often have wheat flour, MSG, and other additives. This pure mix is spicy and delicious, and it will thicken sauces.

TACO SEASONING MIX

Taco seasoning mix is usually added to tomato sauce when making filling for tacos, tostadas, or enchiladas. One commercial packet is equal to about 2 tablespoons of homemade mix. You can also add it to browned ground beef along with 1/2 cup of water to make an easy burrito or taco filling.
