easiest ever baked meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup packaged plain bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons each instant minced onion and dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp peper

Preparation

Step 1

heat oven to 400. line a 15 x 10 inch jelly-roll pan with foil(for easy cleanup)

mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. form into 1 1/2 inch balls using a heaping tablespoon mixture for each. place 1/4 inch apart in the lined pan

bake 12-15 minutes until browned and no longer pink in the middle
