Orange Carrot Ginger Blast
There is something about the color orange that’s exciting; not only is it fun, but inviting. So, when I came across this Orange Carrot Ginger Blast, I couldn’t resist trying it!
Everyone is familiar with the nutritional value of oranges. They are celebrated for their rich source of vitamin C and fiber. However, did you know carrots add a great nutritional element to a NutriBlast, too? Their subtle flavor compliments many other fruits and veggies. They are famously rich in beta-carotene, vitamin C, B, E and K, not to mention iron and fiber. Now if you throw a little ginger into the mix, you have a winning combination. Ginger is known for its immune-boosting and stomach-settling abilities. Plus, it has a lot of anti-inflammatory properties.
Beside being a beautiful color orange, it’s sweet and balanced with the delicate spice of ginger. It’s about 196 calories, 0 grams of fat, 3 grams of protein and 232 percent of your daily vitamin C. Could this be any healthier? Feel free to add something green to the mix if you think it’s missing!
