Ingredients

• 2/3 cup dark brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 cup butter , softened
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon allspice
• 1/2 teaspoon cloves
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ginger

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In mixer bowl cream butter, sugar and egg until fluffy.

Add flour and remaining ingredients. Mix until dough is smooth and just combined.

Shape dough into small logs and place in Cookie Master Plus.
