Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups unsifted all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine. softened
- 1/2 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup candy-coated chocolate candies
- canned vanilla frosting
- chocolate syrup
Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 350.lightly grease 12-inch pizza pan. on sheet of waxed paper, mix flour, baking soda and salt. inlarge bowl of electric mixer, at medium speed,, beat butter, brown sugar and egg 2 minutes until light and fluffy. add flour mixture, beat just until combines. add 1/2 cup candies, mix well.
turn out dough onto prepared pan. with metal spatula, spread dough to edge of pan. bake 15 minutes, until cookie is golden brown. col completely
spread with icing, decorate with remaining candies and the syrup.
