Brock’s Peanut Butter Pie

Brock wanted this recipe after having it at King's Food Host in Minot so I worked at it until I came up with this

Cut up peanut butter cups and fold into batter,
garnish with chopped up peanut butter cups

Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) baked and cooled pie crust
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer on low
speed until smooth.
2. Add the milk, peanut butter and vanilla till well
blended.
3. Fold in the whipped topping.
4. Pour into crust.
5. Chill 2 hours, drizzle with chocolate syrup.
