Chicken with Hot Peppers

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Hot Banana Peppers, sliced
  • Corn Starch
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 3 or 4 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1/3 cup Vinegar
  • 1/3 cup wine
  • peanuts

Preparation

Step 1

Shake chicken in corn starch. Mix all liquids together, desolving sugar. In a wok, heat oil to smoking. Stir fry chicken in oil intil cooked through. Add liquid mixture and hot peppers. Cook together until peppers soften, stirring often. Add water to thin out gravy. Add peanuts before serving over rice
