Ingredients
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp toasted seasame oil
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
- 1 shallot, finely chopped (I used a leek)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 750 g pork tenderloin, trimmed 1 inch thick.
Preparation
Step 1
Stir the honey with the soy sauce, olive oil, seasame oril, vinegar, ginger, shallot and garlic.
Put the pork into a bowl; pour over the honey and ginger sauce. Marinate for at least 10 minutes or up to 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Remove meat and place in steaming basket.
Strain the marinade; discard solids.
Cook the liquid over medium heat until thickened.
Pour 3 cups water into the bottom of the NutriCook pand and place the basket in the pan.
Close the NutriCook.
Programme 8 minutes on the timer and select program 3 (meat)
When steam escapes reduce the heat.
As soon as timmer rings, turn off the heat and turn programmes selector to 'steam'.
Drizzle with the thickened sauce before serving.
