Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon fine or table salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/3 cup popcorn kernels
- 1/2 to 1 vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped away

Mix the sugar, salt, and cinnamon together in a small bowl and set aside. Place a rimmed baking sheet or a large paper bag on the work surface.
