Quick Peach Pie and No Roll Crust

This is the best peach pie recipe ever! It can be made with canned peaches, but fresh peaches are sooo much
better.

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups sifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • Filling:
  • 5 large peaches, fresh
  • Custard:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

Crust:
1. Sift dry ingredients into a pie pan
2. Combine oil & milk in a cup, whipping with a fork.
3. Pour all at once over flour mixture.
4. Mix well and press in pie pan.

Filling:
1. Peel, half and pit peaches
2. Place cut side down on crust, covering crust in a
single layer

Custard:
1. Mix all ingredients well
2. Pour over peaches
3. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350.
Bake 30 minutes or knife inserted in center comes
out clean.
