Pineapple Right-Side-Up Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 8 1/4 oz can sliced pineapple, drained
  • 6 maraschino cherries
  • 1 lemon + cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat over to 350.
2. Lightly spray a 12-cup bundt pan and dust with
flour.
3. Shake our excess flour.
4. Melt butter, stir in brn sugar till well mixed.
5. Press brown sugar mixture in the bottom of the pan.
6. Cut pineapple slices in half; place 6 halves on top to
form a ring.
7. Cut the rest of the pineapple halves into 3 pieces.
8. Place 1 piece between each pineapple half. Place
cherry in center of each pineapple half.
9. In a large bowl, blend cake mix, water, oil and eggs
at low speed for 1 minute.
10.Beat 2 minutes on high.
11.Pour into pan.
12.Bake for 40-50 minutes or till tests clean.
13.Invert on serving plate, cool completely.
