Mazola's No Roll Crust

I got this recipe from my mom and use it not only for her Quick Peach Pie, but have also used it with the
Tollhouse Pie. She may have gotten it from this ad

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sifted flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. Sift dry ingredieints into pie pan
2. Mix well.
3. Mix together milk and oil in a cup, whipping with a
fork.
4. Pour all at once into pie pan.
5. Mix well and press on the bottom and up the sides
of the pie pan.
6. Flute edges
7. Bake without filling at 425 for 12-15 minutes.
8. With filling at 400 for 15 minutes, reduce heat to
350 for 30 minutes.
