  • 1 STICK MARGARINE
  • 1 ONION, CHOPPED
  • 1 BELL PEPPER, CHOPPED
  • 1 EGG
  • 3 CUPS COOKED RICE
  • 2 #2 CANS CREM STYLE CORN
  • CHEESE, GRATED

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 300. Melt margarine in 9" x 13" casserole dish. Add onions and peppers and bake 20 minutes. Mix egg, rice and corn; add to onions and peppers, mixing well. Bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and return to oven to melt.
