Sausage and Gravy Biscuits

  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • Warm Biscuits



Step 1

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until no longer pink. Remove sausage from grease, heat flour in pan with grease for 1 minute, whisk in 2 cups of milk. Stir constantly until smooth and starts to thicken. Return sausage to pan. Serve over bisquits.
