- 2 8 oz cream cheese(softened)
- 5 oz gorgonzola cheese(crumbled)
- 3 oz applewood smoked bacon(cooked)
- 1/4 cup green onion(green section chopped)
- 6-8 oz apricot preserves

In medium bowl mix everything together. Pour into serving dish and chill 1 hour. Serve with baguette or crackers.
