Marshmallow Fondue

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs (10 1/2 oz each) miniature marshmallows
  • 5-6 tbsp peach schnapps
  • 1/3 c. heavy cream
  • Assorted fresh fruit (such as strawberries, cherries, and sliced apples and pears)

Preparation

Step 1

Place marshmallows, schnapps and cream in a 4 qt heavy saucepan over low heat. Stir with wooden spoon until melted and smooth, about 10-12 mins. Watch carefully, as it can burn easily. Pour mixture into fondue pot; set over candle or Sterno. Serve with fruit.
