Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup picante sauce
- Assorted crackers
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, beat eggs; add cheeses. Pour half into a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Spoon picante sauce over top. Top with remaining egg mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 15 minutes. Cut into 1-inch squares. Serve warm on crackers. Refrigerate any leftovers.
