Ingredients
- 1 can black beans - (16 oz) rinsed, drained
- 1 package frozen whole kernel corn - (10 oz) thawed
- 1 cup chopped ripe mango
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/3 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
Serve with tortilla chips or grilled chicken.
This recipe yields about 5 cups.
Special Extra: Add 1 1/2 cups cooked Minute Brown Rice to bean mixture before refrigerating.
