Ingredients
- 1 cup thawed, finely chopped frozen spinach
- 1 1/2 cups thawed, drained & finely chopped bottled artichoke hearts
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/8 cup mayonnaise (I used whipped salad dressing)
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Press as much of the water out of the spinach and artichokes as you can before measuring them. Mix everything together. You can store it in the frig before warming it in the oven (350 for 25 minutes or so) or in a crock pot.
