Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
- dash of salt
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
*Blend the first 4 ingredients together in a microwave safe pan. (I use a square glass baking dish. Something flat works well so it will cook evenly)
*Now blend in the 1/2 cup warm water & mix well.
*Cook 1 1/2 minutes in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds. Maybe a little longer to get desired thickness.
*Stir in the 2 tablespoons of butter, cook another 30 seconds.
*Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir well, and serve warm over ice cream or whatever you would like.
