Devilled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 9 eggs, hard boiled
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp sweet relish, drained
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise and put yolks in small bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper and relish. Mix well and fill egg white halves with the yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
