Ingredients
- Pecan Cacao Cookies
- 1 cup pecans
- 1/3 cup xylitol
- 1/4 cup cacao nibs
- 1/2 cup ground golden flax seed
- 1/4 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
Grind pecans in a food processor. Add xylitol, nibs, flax seed and water. Combine well.
Shape into cookies and dehydrate for 10-12 hours on one side and 5 hours on the other side.
If you like a harder cookie, then dehydrate longer on each side.
