Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups diced celery
- 1 cup diced green pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 pound chopped mushrooms
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 pound cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tbsp. worcestershire
- 1/4 cup sherry
- parmesan cheese (optional)
- 3 cups diced turkey
Preparation
Step 1
Cook celery, green pepper, onions and mushrooms in butter. Add flour; blend well. Add milk and stir til thickened. Blend in rest of ingredients, except parmesan. Stir until cheese is melted Heat to serving temperature. Serve over cooked noodles. Sprinkle with parmesan if desired.
