Oven Fried Chicken Breasts/Thighs

  • 3-4 chicken breasts or 5-6 thighs, skin removed
  • 2 eggs
  • cream
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp poultry seasoning
  • 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • basil



Step 1

Beat eggs and add cream for dipping.

Mix dry ingredients together. Dip chicken in egg and then dry mix. Place on rack in a foil-lined baking sheet.

Bake in 375º for 30 minutes, then put under broiler for 4 minutes until browned.

Serve with salad and potatoes or rice.
