Ingredients
- 1/4 c oil or margarine
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c milk
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 3/4 c flour
- 3 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/3 c pecans
- 1 c blueberries (if frozen, do not thaw)
- try: substitute
- 1/2 c stewed plums/applesauce/ripe banana
- 1/2 c flax seed
- 2 T veg oil
Preparation
Step 1
Beat wet ingredients. Mix and add dry ingredients, mix lightly. Add blueberries and pecans and mix lightly. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
