bread-cranberry crumble

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsifted all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts

  • 1 pkg ( 15.63 oz) cranberry quick bread mix
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup water 2 tbsp salad oil
  • 1 large egg

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 350. grease and flour bottom of 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.

in bowl, with fork, stir topping ingredients until crumbly.

in large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. pour into pan, sprinkle with topping.

bake 45 minutes.
