Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 box au gratin potatoes
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup grated cheddar
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in oven proof pan and saute onions. Add turkey and brown; add peas and carrots; mix well. Sprinkle flour on turkey mixture and stir to mix.
Combine cheese mix from potatoes with milk and water; pour over turkey mixture.
Sprinkle dehydrated potatoes on top. Press down on potatoes to submerge in liquid. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
