Ingredients
- 1 small lemon
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground peppercorn melange
- 2 T chopped fresh chives

Step 1
From lemon, squeeze 1/2 tsp juice into medium bowl. Add butter, salt, and pepper and mix until light and fluffy. Add chives. (Serve slightly softened)
