Ingredients

    lb ground turkey

  • 2

    egg yolks (I usually only have whites for breakfast and feel bad throwing out the yolks)

  • 1/2

    tsp pepper

  • 1/2

    tsp all spice

  • 1/4

    tsp nutmeg

  • pinch of salt

  • few dashes of worstechire sauce

  • 1/4

    tsp of truvia

  • 1- 2

    cups of chicken broth

  • 1/2

    cup fat free sour cream

  • 2

    onions sliced thinly

  • Cooking Spray

Directions

Heat oven to 200C. Combine ground turkey, pepper, allspice, salt, nutmeg, worstechire, sweetener, and egg yolks. Form about 16 meatballs. Cook in oven for 15 minutes. Flip them over and cook another 15 minutes. While the meatballs are in the oven. Sautee the onions in a little bit of cooking spray, until translucent. Deglaze pan with broth. Add meatballs and allow the sauce to reduce. About 30 minuts uncovered. Stir in sour cream and cook another 5-10 minutes. YUM.
