Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 lb ricotta
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
Preparation
Step 1
cream together the butter and sugar. add eggs, vanilla and ricotta. sift together and add flour, baking powder and soda to the creamed mixture. drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
bake at 375 until lightly browned. frost with light glaze, made of confectioners sugar and water.
