- 3 Tablespoons Creole Mustard (I like Zatarain’s)
- 2 Tablespoons Thinly Sliced Green Onions
- 2 teaspoons Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- Cayenne and Kosher Salt to taste
