    pound extra-lean ground beef

    large egg, lightly beaten

  • 1/2

    cup ketchup

  • 1/4

    cup grated onion

  • 1/4

    cup breadcrumbs

  • 1

    teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1

    tablespoon minced fresh parsley

  • 1

    teaspoon minced fresh thyme

  • 1/4

    teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1/4

    teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4

    teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

Directions: 1. Combine the beef, egg, ketchup, onion, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce and all herbs and spices in a large bowl. Use your hands to mix everything together. 2. Place on 1-inch rack and cook on power level high for 22-24 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes to cool before slicing. Cover with foil should it begin to brown or turn over to other side. Tips: Make your favorite meatloaf without a meatloaf pan. Form the meat into a loaf and place on 1-inch rack. Pop in a couple baked potatoes on the 4-inch rack, at the same time as meatloaf. When meatloaf is done, add another 7 minutes to the potatoes. This will allow your meatloaf to sit and rest
