Ingredients
- 1 cup of unsalted softened butter
- 1 cup of crunchy peanut butter
- 1 cup of white sugar
- 1 cup of packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda
Preparation
Step 1
-Cream together butter, peanut butter, and sugars. Beat in eggs.
-In a seperate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir into batter.
-Put batter in to refrigerator for 1 hour.
-Roll into 1 inch balls and put on baking sheets. Carefully flatten each ball with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees Farenheit for about 10min or until the cookies begin to brown.
