Baked Tilapia with a Kick

  • 4 (6 ounce) fresh Tilapia
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper

Step 1

Brush fish with olive oil. Combine all dry spices and blend well. Sprinkle over fish. Place fish on the 4-inch rack and cook on power level high for 3-4 minutes per side. If cooking from frozen, cook on power level high for 5-7 minutes per side. Enjoy!
