Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mushrooms
- 1/2 cup beansprouts
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1 slice bacon, chopped
- 2 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Cook first 5 ingredients together in fry pan until brown. Beat 2 eggs and add to pan, lifting edges and cooking like omelet.
