TACO SOUP

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce or 1 (15 oz) can.
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 pkg. Taco seasoning mix
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 C. water
  • ●Mix all ingredients and simmer for 20 to 30 min.

●Serve hot with green onions, cheese, and tortilla chips as desired.
