LEMON-HERB VINAIGRETTE

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp minced shallots
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups canola oil
  • 1 tsp finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp finely chopped chervil
  • 1 tsp chopped chives

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, shallots and salt. Add the oil in a slow stream, whisking until emulsified. Add the parsley, chervil and chives and stir until fully incorporated.
