bread-holiday fruitcake

Ingredients

  • 1 package ( 8oz) dried apricots( about 2 cups)
  • 1 package ( 8oz) pitted dates( about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 1/2 cups brazil nuts
  • 1 cup red and green candied cherries
  • 1 cup red and green candied pineapple
  • 1 cup bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 3 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

heat oven to 300.

line loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3 inches. with aluminum foil. grease. mix all ingredients thoroughly( leave nuts and fruits whole) spread in pan.

bake 1 3/4 hours.
