Impossible Buttermilk Pie

• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1/2 cup Bisquick
• 1/3 cup butter, melted
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease pie plate. Beat all ingredients until smooth (30 seconds in the blender on high, or 1 minute with hand beater). Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit, if desired.
