Ingredients
- can of no salt added diced tomatoes
- a no salt added can of carrots
- a can of no salt added green beans,
- one cup of diced onion (I bought the freezer kind that was already chopped up) and
- one bag of frozen broccoli,
- then cut up as much cabbage as you like and add it to the pot.
- one big can of tomato juice,
- capful of Mrs. Dash “original” seasoning and
- at least a tablespoon of minced garlic.
- one pound of ground turkey breast or extra lean ground beef (the ground beef tastes better, I think)

It’s a can of no salt added diced tomatoes, a no salt added can of carrots, and a can of no salt added green beans, one cup of diced onion (I bought the freezer kind that was already chopped up) and one bag of frozen broccoli, then cut up as much cabbage as you like and add it to the pot. Then, add one big can of tomato juice, couldn’t find the no salt added kind, so I just used the “regular” and it turned out okay. I add a capful of Mrs. Dash “original” seasoning and at least a tablespoon of minced garlic. While it’s cooking, cook up one pound of ground turkey breast or extra lean ground beef (the ground beef tastes better, I think) and add the meat to the soup, and it makes a decent diet soup. It’s a complete meal.
