Hazy Waters Pina Colada

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Cream of Coconut
  • 2 oz cup coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup pineapple chunks (frozen, is preferred)
  • 6 oz pineapple juice
  • 4 oz cup light rum (or coconut rum)
  • 4 cups crushed ice (1 cup reserved)

Preparation

Step 1

Pour cream of coconut, coconut milk, pineapple juice and rum into a blender. Add pineapple chunks with 3 cups of crushed ice. Blend until smooth. If you want it thicker, add more of the reserved ice, and pour into a collins or hurricane glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry, and serve.
