Pumpkin Pie Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 large can pumpkin
  • 2 pumpkin cans of milk
  • pumpkin pie spice

Preparation

Step 1

Dump pumpkin in large bowl. Shake in pumpkin pie spice until pumpkin is dark brown color( 1-2 tbsp.)
Add sugar, flour, eggs & milk.
Pour into 3 pie shells, sprinkle cinnamon on top, bake at 375 degrees until toothpick in center comes out clean.
