Crab Spread

Ingredients

• 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
• ¼ cup sour cream
• 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 1/8 teaspoon Accent
• 3 drops Tabasco sauce
• ¼ teaspoon seasoned salt
• 8 ounces crab meat
• 2 ounces cheddar cheese
• Paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first six ingredients well. Add 8 ounces crab meat and bake in shallow serving dish, such as a pretty pie pan, for 10 minutes at 350. Take out of oven and sprinkle with 2 ounces of grated cheddar cheese and paprika. Return to oven and bake until bubbly (about 15 minutes). Let stand 5 minutes. Serve with crackers.
