Ingredients
- 16 oz frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can condensed cream/mush soup
- 4 oz shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 3/4 oz durkee French Fried Onion (about 2 cups)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine vegetables, soup, ½ cheese, sour cream, pepper and ½ durkee onions. Pour into a 1 quart casserole. Bake at 350 F uncovered for 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions, bake uncovered for 5 minutes longer.
