Salad, Annie's own Pasta Rotini Salad

Dick said this was one of the best pasta salads I have made.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rotini pasta
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 of small jalapeno finely minced
  • 1/2 of a 6 oz can of black olives chopped
  • 3 ribs of celery chopped fine
  • 10 kalamata olives chopped
  • 4 green onions chopped (whites and most of green parts)
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 10 cherry or grape tomatoes cut into fourth's
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Add more salt and pepper to your taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta in boiling water until tender.
Drain good before adding other ingredients.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Make sure all vegetables are dry and that pasta is dry before mixing or the salad will be watery.
