Rolled Oat Candy

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups quick cooking rolled oats
  • 1 cup coconut (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cocoa, sugar, milk and butter in a sauce pan. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from the stove and stir in rolled oats and coconut.
Drop by teaspoon on to wax paper.
Refrigerate.
