- 1 LB GROUND BEEF
- 1 CUP COOKED RICE
- PARSLEY CHOPPED FINE
- 1 EGG
- 2/3 CUP MILK
- 1/4 CUP CHOPPED ONION
- 1 tsp SALT AND PEPPER
- SAUCE: 1 TBS BROWN SUGAR
- 1 BAY LEAF (GRD)
- 4 CLOVES (GRD)
- 1 CAN TOMATO SOUP
- 1/2 / CAN WTR

Step 1
COOK CABBAGE LEAVES INSALT WATER FOR 5 MIN.
REMOVE CENTER VEIN. COMBINE MEAT MIXTURE.
ROLL MEAT MIXTURE INTO LEAVES AND PLACE IN BAKING DISH.
POUR SAUCE OVER AND COOK 350 DEGREES FOR ABOUT 1 HR.
