Ingredients

  • 24 oz. Hash Brown Potatoes
  • 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Butter or Margarine
  • 1/2 cup chopped Onion
  • 2 cups crushed Corn Flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or Margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Combine:
Cream of Chicken Soup
Sour Cream
Cheese
Butter
Chopped Onion

Place hash brown in 9x13 pan. Add combined ingredients. Gently blend and sprinkle corn flakes and 2 Tablespoons butter or margarine over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Note:
I blend potatoes and all other ingredients together in a separate bowl before pouring into pan.
