Ingredients
- CAKE
- 3 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1 1/2 cup white or 1 3/4 cups brown sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- TOPPING
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 6 tbsp butter
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cake ingredients well, spread in a 13" pan.
Sprinkle topping on batter.
Bake 350F for 40 - 50 minutes.
